Curriculum Overview
At Endeavour Academy, our curriculum is based on the National Curriculum (2014) and is deliberately designed to be ambitious, well sequenced and rooted in a strong entitlement for every pupil. We aim to provide a broad, balanced and enriching education that enables all children to build secure knowledge, develop transferable skills and grow as confident, curious learners.
Our curriculum reflects the backgrounds, life experiences and cultural identities of our pupils, and promotes key learning behaviours that support them to become successful, independent and collaborative learners. Through our CORE values, we teach and celebrate the attitudes that underpin effective learning: COMMITMENT in sustained effort, OPPORTUNITY in embracing new experiences, RESILIENCE in overcoming challenge, and EXCELLENCE in striving to achieve their best.
